Guerilla Embroidery is a young creative business, specialising in free machine embroidery and textiles on handmade bags, purses, accessories, and customised clothes. I am inspired by pattern and colour in nature. Because of the way I make my pieces, no two are ever the same. Each piece is a complete original, and I strive to create miniature works of art to wear and use, working intuitively with fabric and thread.
I graduated in 2006 with a degree in Embroidery from the Manchester Metropolitan University. In 2004, I was long listed for the Hand&Lock Hand embroidery prize. My work is in collections all over the world, including the USA, Australia and Europe, and the Tate Britain. I am available for bespoke embroidery work and commissions.
